Research
Though mindfulness starts as an individual practice, a community is more likely to flourish when mindfulness is shared with other individuals.
A domino effect, mindfulness multiplier effect, is created with every interaction and moment one has. The more individuals being present, the greater the consciousness to the community, increasing the chances of individual participation in an intentional existence.
