Anyone who wants to learn more about mindfulness and understand their need and intention for this course is welcome.
No prior meditation experience is necessary and all meditations are guided.
There will be guided meditation practices during sessions and our courses are structured to achieve optimum group dynamic that will deepen individual’s understanding and engagement. With the support of a teacher and group interaction, one can hear the helpful and valuable experiences of others.

The course prescribes 45 minutes of home practice each day between sessions. Resources will be provided to you. It would be best if participants make this commitment and build this time into their day.
The structure is the same for online and in person course. Most people, however, enjoy the dynamic of an in person course as it offers the opportunity to create more meaningful connections with practices and groups.
We believe in the importance of creating a judgment free zone that allows individuals the opportunity to share joy and challenges on their learning journey at ease.
