[Mindful] 🧘♂ Our meditation instructors will be on site to lead you to realize the present moment and meditate on your inner mind.

[Sharing] 🍵 We hope that in this space of mindful thinking, you can share your experience with meditation, be it an observation, an exercise, an insight after a thought, they all meaningful.

[Listening] 👂You can listen to the feelings of different participants, the feelings of others, both resonant and different, and combine them with their own heart, which will be more beneficial to their future mindfulness .
